Originally from East Texas, Jenniffer Norman brings more than 30 years of proven sales experience and a lifelong entrepreneurial drive to the real estate industry. Her professional journey began early, helping her family manage their ranch and convenience store chain. By age 28, she had already earned national recognition as a top-producing insurance agent, and by 35, she founded and successfully operated her own insurance agency in Dallas, Texas.

 A natural entrepreneur, Jenniffer later combined her business expertise with her passion for wine by designing, opening, and managing a popular wine store and bar for five years—all while continuing to serve her loyal insurance clients. After relocating to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she was encouraged by friends and family to pursue her long-time dream of becoming a Realtor®, and she’s never looked back.

In 2025, Jenniffer and her husband, Bill—a retired U.S. Navy veteran—relocated to Mississippi for his job, where she joined Veterans Realty. She was drawn to the brokerage’s mission of serving Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members, aligning perfectly with her own passion for helping the military community achieve homeownership.

With decades of military service in her family and firsthand experience purchasing homes with VA benefits, Jenniffer offers her clients unmatched insight and guidance through the VA home loan process. She understands the challenges and opportunities that come with military relocations and uses that knowledge to make each client’s transition as smooth as possible.

Married with three children, six grandchildren, and two beloved fur babies, Jenniffer enjoys spending time with her family, exploring National Parks, and giving back to her community. She proudly serves as a Lead Ambassador for the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund, reflecting her lifelong commitment to supporting those who have served.
